One of the best ways to determine your hat size is to measure the circumference of your head using a cloth tape measure.

While the hat sizes of every manufacturing company may vary, we offer a general overview of approximate sizes.

Hat Sizing:

• Small (Size: 7 Inches: 21 7/8 cm: 55.5 - 56)
• Medium (Size: 7 1/8 Inches: 22 1/4 cm: 57)
• Large (Size: 7 3/8 Inches: 23 cm: 59)
• X-Large (Size: 7 1/2 Inches: 23 1/2 cm: 60)
• XX-Large (Size: 7 7/8 Inches: 24 1/4 cm: 62)
• One Size (equivalent to a Medium/Large)

The absolute best way to determine what hat fits you best is to visit a Chapel location and try them on!

All Chapel visitors have thirty (30) days after the purchase date for a full refund or an exchange.  It is important to note that any purchase item being returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition, have all tags still on, and must include original receipt.

Items can be returned to any store location with receipt.  For returns by mail, please contact customerservice@chapelhats.com for preparation in-store.  All mail returns must be sent to our location in Roseville Galleria, California.

You can wash some hats using the dishwasher, most commonly baseball caps (we don't recommend putting any straw hats in any type of washer!) Never, ever, EVER use detergent.

Wool hats must be dry cleaned.

Remember that it is important to take good care of your hats in order to keep them looking new.  Especially with wool hats, try to dust them regularly using a lint roller (duct tape works fantastically as well!)
