We ship using USPS Priority Post for most orders.
Shipping to Canada Flat Rate $24.50 and up. USPS First Class Mail
Shipping to Australia is Flat rate $45.00 USPS First Class Mail
World wide Shipping is $55.00. USPS First Class Mail
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Chapel Hats is not responsible for any duty, brokerage, and/or taxes you may occur when receiving your order. Please note that orders will be shipped using USPS, meaning the tracking number only works to the Canada/USA border. If you would like us to use a different carrier, let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, estimation of shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
30 DAY EASY RETURNS!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). You may also return items purchased online in store within 30 days of delivery. Please note that product must have tags attached and a receipt must be presented at time of return.
You should expect to receive your refund on the form of payment provided within 7-10 days of Chapel Hats receiving your package. Please make sure to consider the time taken to process your return once it is received (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days) in all shipped returns.
When sending back a return please include your phone number and email address for us to reach you with any questions or further requirements.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
