When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, estimation of shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

30 DAY EASY RETURNS!

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs. You may also return items purchased online in store within 30 days of delivery. Please note that product must have tags attached and a receipt must be presented at time of return. All returns must be addressed to our corporate office address below:

You should expect to receive your refund on the form of payment provided within 7-10 days of Chapel Hats receiving your package. Please make sure to consider the time taken to process your return once it is received (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days) in all shipped returns.
