Please note that orders will be shipped using USPS, meaning the tracking number only works to the Canada/USA border. The shipping days above are just estimated and may take shorter or longer to arrive. 

 

Online Exchange & Returns Policy

RETURNS:

You may return/exchange most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is outside of the 30-Day window you may receive store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping the hat back, unless the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We can provide return labels for US customers, which are emailed with return instructions. You may also return most items purchased online in store within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that the product must have tags attached and a receipt must be presented at time of return. If the return does not meet these requirements the customer may be subject to a $7 restocking fee and/or store credit. 

You should expect to receive your refund on the form of payment provided within 7-10 days of Chapel Hats receiving your package. Please make sure to consider the time taken to process your return once it is received (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days) in all shipped returns.

***Some purchases are final, fascinators and XXXL hats (MADE TO ORDER) will not qualify for 30-day returns, exchanges or refunds. Purchases made in-store will be responsible for applicable exchange/return shipping costs, please contact support@chapelhats.com for more details.

 

 EXCHANGES:

You may exchange all unworn hats within 30-days of the delivery date. The original tags and receipt must be provided in the exchange to qualify. Please contact support@chapelhats.com to confirm exchange/return availability. The customer is responsible for shipping the hat back, unless the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We can provide return labels for US customers, which are emailed with return instructions. We will then reship the exchange hat back to the customer at no extra charge. You may also use your own shipping method of which all returns/exchanges must be addressed to our corporate office address below:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. chapelhats.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
